This policy explains what information LunnyDev ("we") collects when you buy and use our FiveM scripts, and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to deliver your purchase, run your license and support you.

1. Information we collect

Email address — to deliver your purchase and to sign you in to your customer panel.
Cfx account name & sv_licenseKeyToken — to bind your license to your server(s) and verify it at runtime.
Discord username — so we can reach you for delivery and support.
Order details — the products, editions, amounts and payment method of your purchases.
Server & network data — your server's IP address, hostname, resource list and connected-player identifiers are recorded only when a script runs without a valid license, to detect and act on piracy.

2. How we use it

Deliver your purchase and issue/validate your license.
Give you access to your customer panel and support.
Send transactional emails (sign-in codes, purchase confirmations, update notices).
Prevent fraud and unauthorized use of our scripts.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments

We never see or store your full card details. Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record); other payments are handled via PayPal or crypto. These providers process your payment data under their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to operate: our payment processors, our email provider (Brevo), and Discord (for support). In cases of confirmed piracy we may report a server's license key to Cfx (FiveM).

5. Retention

We keep account, license and order data for as long as your license is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Anti-piracy event logs are kept only as long as needed to act on them.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Open a ticket on our Discord and we'll handle it. Note that deleting your account may deactivate your licenses.
